Black Bean Hummus by Emily Jenkins Drolshagen


Empty contents into blender or food processor
1 can black beans
1 tomato
1 wad fresh cilantro
1/4-1 whole jalapeno with no seeds, add to taste
3 T lemon juice or to taste
1-2 T extra virgin olive oil
pinch of salt

Blend until desired consistency. Serve with veggies, chips, tortillas or on sandwiches or burgers
