Marinade for Chuck Roast By JoLynn Mowrer


2 12 lbs chuck roast/or choice of meat

2 tbsps lipton onion soup mix

12 cup boiling water

12 cup budweiser (select beer)

2 tbsps brown sugar


1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp steak sauce

2 tbsps minced garlic

1 tsp accent seasoning

2 tsps black pepper
