Curried Chicken Salad By Kellie O'Conner


4 skinless, boneless chx breast halves. Cooked and diced (the grocery store sells cooked sliced chicken in the sandwich aisle)
1 stalk of celery, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1 tsp curry
1 tsp garlic (can use powder or fresh)
1/3 cup craisins
1/3 cup red grapes, halved
1/2 cup toasted pecans
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp parsley
3/4 cup light mayo

Mix everything all together and serve! This is my favorite chicken salad EVER!!! Lemme know what you think. :)
