Easy Potato, Green Bean, Kielbasa Boil By Emily Drolshagen

What's great about this recipe is that you can add different quantities of stuff you like. If you'd rather have more beans or more potatoes or more meat, just add more of that item. :)

Ingredients:

6 med red potatoes, quartered, skins on

A bunch of fresh green beans, ends cut off

1 turkey kielbasa, sliced

1/2 or whole white onion roughly chopped

DIRECTIONS
Get a large pot, fill halfway with water, and bring to boil. You could add garlic powder to the water. Add all the ingredients and boil until done! Enjoy with sour cream and horseradish or mustard. DELICIOUS and fast!

  1. I made this last night! Super good, super fast and super healthy! I used the mixed potato with red, white and purple potatoes. It was super good. I did put the garlic in the water and next time I will add salt :D It needed some salt. Thanks! We all loved it!
